The company is headquartered at Sofia capital, backed up with branch office in Varna and handling set up in Bourgas.
In historical background Transterra Logistics Bulgaria has acted as Liner Agency for NYK Line since Y2004. During the years responding to the increased market needs of supply chain solutions the company extends its partnership within the NYK Group organization and started co-operation with its logistic arm Yusen Logistics in 2009.
In recent years the global tendency in international shipping environment has changed and in October 2016 was announced the decision of Japan’s three shipping groups – KAWASAKI KISEN KAISHA (K LINE), MITSUI O.S.K. LINE (MOL) and NIPPON YUSEN KAISHA (NYK LINE) to integrate their container shipping business and established a new joint venture OCEAN NETWORK EXPESS (ONE Line). With combined container vessel fleet capacity of total 1,4m teu ONE Line which commences service from 1 April 2018 will be ranked as the sixth largest carrier in the world.
